Reads from Ace on energy, strength and building habits that hold up when life gets busy.

There's something about Monday. New week, new plan, and this time it's going to stick.
Then Wednesday happens. A late meeting, a sick kid, the appointment you drove your mom to. One missed day turns into three, and by Friday you're already planning next Monday.
If that's your pattern, you're in good company, and there's a reason it keeps happening.
Monday wins because it feels like a fresh start. The trouble is that it only comes once a week. Every missed day between now and then becomes a reason to wait.
The plan itself usually has one size: the full workout, the whole routine, every day. When a day can't fit that, the plan stops, and Monday becomes the only way back in.
The next time a week gets away from you, try this before Monday comes around:
Pick up where you are. Doubling up to catch up is how the next restart starts.
Go smaller. Do a ten-minute version today, the same day you decide.
Pick the time tonight, before the house wakes up. Write it down like an appointment.
Check it off. One box is enough to be back.
Keeping going comes more naturally when you never fully stopped.
Everyone's restart has a reason, and each one needs a different first step. I made a free quiz to help you find yours.
It's 5 questions and takes about a minute. You'll get your start-over type, one small step that fits your week, and Day 1 of my free 3-Day Non-Negotiable.
