When I first created the Facebook group, it was meant to support the women participating in one of my training programs. It had a clear purpose, and I had a plan.
But then Facebook did what Facebook does...people started joining who weren’t even in the program. At first, I was confused. I messaged each person individually to explain what the group was really for. I assumed they’d leave.
Instead, they said, “Nope we’re staying.”
And just like that, the whole direction changed.
Around that same time, my mentors challenged me to run a full 21-day challenge. Truth? I didn’t feel ready. I thought I had more time. More strategy. More polish. But sometimes you don’t get perfect timing you get an opportunity. And you either rise to meet it or you sit it out.
I chose to rise.
The reason I picked 21 days? Because it takes 21 days to build a habit. That’s it. That’s the science. But what happened over these past three weeks was so much more than habit formation.
It was a reset for everyone involved.
Especially me.
Over the past year, I’ve been head-down, trying to build this business. And somewhere along the way, I started to drift from WHY I got into this industry in the first place. This group reminded me.
The logo for Dynamic Fitness & Company was never just a design it was a symbol of strength, stability, movement, and growth. And this challenge brought me right back to those roots.
I watched as women showed up daily vulnerable, raw, honest.
Some cried.
All grew.
They didn’t just complete workouts they encouraged strangers they’d never met. They posted. They engaged. They lifted each other up.
Community. Stability. Guidance. Encouragement. 444.
That’s what we built here together.
To every single one of you who showed up each day: thank you.
You helped build something real. And you reminded me why I do what I do.
This challenge may be over, but this is just the beginning.
You’re not lazy. You’re tired of doing it all alone.
