🍽️ Discipline and Joy Can Co-Exist

You can feel proud AND have fun.
You can rest AND stay committed.
You can eat the damn meal.

Eating one meal isn’t the problem. It’s when that one meal becomes an excuse to tap out.

That’s the difference between a choice and a coping mechanism.
Stay aware. Stay aligned. Stay in the game.
