Dynamic Fitness & Company – General Terms & Conditions

Effective for All Coaching Tiers, Online Programs, and One-Time Purchases

By enrolling in any coaching program, service, or product (“Program”) provided by Dynamic Fitness & Company, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Program Inclusions

Depending on the Program purchased, inclusions may vary. Common services may include, but are not limited to:

* Customized workout programs tailored to client needs and selected frequency.

* Personalized nutrition guidance delivered digitally.

* Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins via Zoom or email (for applicable tiers).

* Access to the Trainerize app and other coaching materials.

* Educational resources, challenges, or supplemental guides (when included).

Refer to your specific Program description for a complete list of deliverables.

2. Payment & Billing

* All Programs (monthly, tiered, or one-time purchases) must be paid in full in advance.

* Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.

* Missed or failed payments will result in immediate suspension of services, including app access, communication, and support.

* All payments are final and non-refundable once access to the Program has been granted or materials delivered.

* Dynamic Fitness & Company is not responsible for payment processing delays due to banking or third-party systems.

3. Check-In Policy (If Applicable)

* Regular check-ins are provided for select coaching tiers only.

* Clients are responsible for booking check-ins during available time slots provided weekly.

* Missed appointments without 24-hour notice are forfeited. Exceptions for emergencies may be granted at the coach’s discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

* Clients agree to actively participate, follow their program, and communicate openly with their coach.

* Clients are responsible for logging workouts, meals, and check-in information via Trainerize or other assigned platforms.

* Progress depends on personal consistency, effort, and commitment.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Liability

* Clients affirm they are physically and mentally capable of participating in physical exercise and nutrition guidance.

* Clients should consult with a medical professional before beginning any fitness or dietary program.

* Dynamic Fitness & Company and Coach Aislynn are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation.

* Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual based on effort, genetics, medical conditions, and lifestyle.

6. Program Access & Expiration

* Monthly programs are active for 30 days per billing cycle.

* One-time purchases grant limited-time access as noted in the product description (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).

* Inactivity, non-responsiveness, or disengagement will not warrant refunds or extensions unless otherwise approved in writing.

7. Confidentiality

* All client data, communication, progress photos, and health information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

* Information is used solely for coaching and progress-tracking purposes.

8. Termination & Cancellations

* Monthly programs may be canceled with written notice at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle.

* If canceled after this period, the next cycle will be charged and final.

* Dynamic Fitness & Company reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance, disrespectful conduct, or breach of terms.

9. Digital Acceptance

By submitting payment, engaging with coaching materials, or confirming participation via email, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full. Digital signatures, email confirmations, and payment records are considered legally binding.
